Spekboom Salad Dressing Mix 150g

A versatile seasoning blend with dried Spekboom leaves. Mix with water, vinegar and oil to create a Salad Dressing.

Add one part boiling water to one part Salad Dressing Mix and allow to cool. Add to that two parts vinegar and four parts vegetable oil and mix and shake well to create a delicious homemade salad dressing. Use on your salad of choice, from garden greens to potato and pasta dishes. Can also be used as a marinade or seasoning blend for various dishes.
