Spekboom & Chilli Oil Infusion 7g

A versatile mild Chilli oil. Use as a salad dressing, dipping-or cooking oil. Add 250ml Canola oil (or vegetable oil of choice) and infuse for at least 24 hours or longer.

A blend of salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, chilli, herbs and spices. Add 250ml Canola oil or vegetable oil of choice to the spice blend. Let it infuse for at least 24 hours or longer depending on your desired flavour intensity. Strain or leave the solids in for added texture and flavour. Adds a spicy twist to any dish. Use as a salad dressing, dipping-or cooking oil.
